My story
For me, photography is more than just a hobby - it's a lifestyle. I travel the world with my Leica, always looking for the perfect moment. From the busy streets of Bangkok to the romantic alleys of Paris to the rough corners of New York - I try to train my eyes to concentrate on the essentials and to focus only on the beauty and stories hidden in the streets. My photos are not just snapshots, but timeless works of art that are meant to captivate the viewer.
My decision to photograph in black and white gives my images a special depth and emotionality. I find that in black and white you can capture the essence of a moment much more clearly. Without the distraction of colors, the viewer focuses on the shapes, structures and emotions captured in each image. It is this reduction to the essential that makes my work so unique and powerful.
I was inspired by the great masters of street photography, including Robert Doisneau and Vivian Maier, but I have developed my own style, which is shaped by my personal experiences and my love of the street. My photos should tell stories of people and places, of fleeting moments and deep connections.
